It's important the technician to always be in control and not antagonize the clients. That does not mean not being their natural selves, but be mindful during conversations. That includes greeting their clients and talking to another language in front of them. Be respectful!

Last comes the quality of the service the technician is providing. Not everyone is going to like the way you do things, but at least they won't have anything bad to say. Stick to the protocol of the service of the salon you work for.
