It's important the salon and the tools to be in pristine condition. Meaning tidy, clean and sanitized. Clients feel more calm when there is no clustered space/surface, and safe when there is no chance of infection.

It's important the technician to always be in control and not antagonize the clients. That does not mean not being their natural selves, but be mindful during conversations. That includes greeting their clients and talking to another language in front of them. Be respectful!
